Entry Deadline is April 19, 2006.

-         Four-Ball (Two-person better ball). Championship - 36 holes, 18 holes per day (July 1 index). Play will be 90% (men) and 95% (women) of the course handicap (qualifying site and championship proper) using a maximum index of 18.4 for calculation. All players with indexes of 18.5 and above are eligible but must play to a maximum index of 18.4. If partners’ course handicaps differ by more than 8 strokes, an additional 10% reduction will be applied to their course handicaps.

- Players must have the required handicap index listed on their club's Master Report at the month of closing.

- Number of qualifiers at each site will be determined after the closing date.

- Pairings and other tournament information will be available approximately two weeks prior to the competition.

- Please refer to the NCGA Bluebook, page 114, for all NCGA Tournament Policies.
