The meeting was
called to order at 9:45 AM and Tom Baker presented the financial report.
Other items of
discussion were as follows:
1. The board voted to keep the $50.oo drawing at each
tournament.
2. Sponsors:
a. Jon Kaempfer will be in charge of lining up sponsors.
3. Hole-in-one account: Adding $1.oo to golf fees in order to
build the account to facilitate the following choices.
a. Raise prize to $750.oo per hole-in-one.
b. Create another prize category (i.e.12” closest to the pin)
c. One tournament to be a net “skins” game ($100 prize).
4. Tom Baker will call the scheduled courses to see if any of
them will allow
“Shot-gun” or “1st&10th hole” starts.
5.
Collect $5.oo ea. from every player who wants to play in
the men’s or lady’s qualifier rounds.
